This was the first pieces of work i was given at the start of the year where i was working on programmes i had never used before, like Photoshop and Illustrator. At first i found it quite confusing getting used to using new software, however i definitely got used to using them a lot faster than i first thought i would. I'm definitely proud of these pieces of work because i wanted to make them perfect, and i'm still very happy with how the work turned out.
Work with the Reporters Academy
The work I did filming and interviewing for the reporters academy.
As part of my college work i was given the chance to get some work related experience, and worked with the reporters academy at Media City Pie Factory. They wanted me to film this report and interview the family of Holly. I loved this hands on experience, and would love to do more work like this. This experience made my realise how much i wanted to be a part of the media industry. I loved every aspect of this work, from hands on filming to the actual interviewing. I'm definitely proud with how this turned out.

This was the first work i had ever done on After Effects at the start of my college course. I definitely learnt a lot about the software and even though at the beginning i found it difficult to get the hang of, i did get used to using it and now feel much more confident about using After Effects.

This was one of the first big projects i had worked on in my college course quite early on. I tried to plan for this project as much as i could, however i found working with the software really difficult. Overall looking back i'm not too happy with how this turned out and now I've had much more experience with the software i believe i could produce a much better product now.

Above is a practice title sequence that i made for my Motion Graphics unit in college. This was created so i had more experience with Adobe After Effects.
